just purchased stuff for over 300 dollar and cannot install any of it, as usual.

This time, the error message is "iClone not found on you PC, get iClone first"

I am so tired of all this trouble EACH time I purchase something from RA.

Yes, I did contact "support" already, just wanted to word my constant frustration with the RA shop, thanks.

Hi Beru,

Although this will be no consolation to you, the Reallusion purchasing system works well for the vast majority of customers. As I have mentioned before, clearly there is an issue that specifically affects you when purchasing. I would keep in contact with support. Hopefully they can find a way to resolve this once and for all. It's long overdue for sure.

Hello, I think they managed to resolve that specific account problem some time ago at last, this problem here is a brand new one, but I resolved it myself (see my other posting in the related sub forum) and I now hope that the support will NOT do anything now and mess it all up again, I did at least not hear from them, maybe that is a good sign.

Yeah - something must be funky with your specific account. I've been a member here for years and have purchased tons of content from Reallusion and not had any problems.

I'd definitely turn it over to Support and have them sort it out.
