| just purchased stuff for over 300 dollar and cannot install any of it, as usual.
This time, the error message is "iClone not found on you PC, get iClone first"
I am so tired of all this trouble EACH time I purchase something from RA.
Yes, I did contact "support" already, just wanted to word my constant frustration with the RA shop, thanks.

| | Hi Beru, Although this will be no consolation to you, the Reallusion purchasing system works well for the vast majority of customers. As I have mentioned before, clearly there is an issue that specifically affects you when purchasing. I would keep in contact with support. Hopefully they can find a way to resolve this once and for all. It's long overdue for sure.

| Hello, I think they managed to resolve that specific account problem some time ago at last, this problem here is a brand new one, but I resolved it myself (see my other posting in the related sub forum) and I now hope that the support will NOT do anything now and mess it all up again, I did at least not hear from them, maybe that is a good sign.
