I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "crashes the internet". Do you mean you lose internet connection or that your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc) crashes or locks up?

If you are finding everything freezes or appears to have locked up and you can't do anything in the browser, then this could be down to slow loading of the page. This is normal and happens on some pages. Normally if you just allow it time to fully load the page and video it will become useable again. This can take a minute or so depending on your connection speed.

Edit: I have finally managed to get it working. It was me who was impatient. Thanks for the advice!

And having some big issues with it, See Screenshots!!!Despite contacting support whom suggest redownlaoding it ..which I had and did do several times and reisnstalling it all several times .Still No go, the Combo Rockband performances Pack refuses to install at all

Aslos having issues with the remaining packs that did intsall

Im using putchased iClone Pro 4 . No issues with any other packs like stage magician, Dancers , Dragon pack etc etc.Its driving me crazy and feel support have nothing to offer then to say make sure I have downloaded latest version of Rockband Pack..hmm seeing as there are no versions but the present rather a silly remark.   So Im at a total loss and out of pocket with this unless someone can help me out.

This problem occurs because the file is not able to decompress the executable (.exe) correctly.

Please try emptying your temporary folders, restart your computer and try again. This should fix the problem under normal circumstances.

To ensure your temporary folders are completely empty, just restart your computer to let the OS clean up all the temporary files that it can, and then type %TEMP% into the Run box (XP) or the Start Search box (Vista). Hit enter and you will be taken to the TEMP folder where you can manually delete the files yourself if need be.

Thanks for your time to reply and help out.

I tried all you said, ensuring %TEMP% was completly empty. Rebooted tried said Pack but still same error.Grrrrrrr!

Also tried clean up whilst in Safe Mode.   Plus did a Registry Clean up.

Also reimported a ameneded REG file Support sent me which didnt do anything.though the error differs slightly ..see below screencapture ..

Also on the install screen it hangs at the below screenshot for 5 minutes or so !!!

(I know I need to tick 4.01 and when I eventually do I get the above error!)

All is so frustrating .. and I just dont know what can be tried next.

Ive uninstalled/reinstalled iClone Pro v4 and also the v4.01 Patch.

Ive previously stated all my other Combo and Theme Packs have installed great.

Its just this Pack.

I'm a little puzzled why you have two versions of iClone4 showing. If you updated version version 4.0 to 4.01 then you should just have the updated version showing.

Having two different installations of iClone4 could be causing you problems. It may not be the cause of the Rock Band issues but it's not a good idea. You may have to uninstall everything and start again so that you just have version 4.01 installed. Then try Rock Band again.

Okay I uninstalled iClone totally, did a reg clean and all %TEMP% files.

From my account ,downloaded IClone pro v4 and also the V4.01 patch seprately.

Reinstalled , and also the Combo Pack Rockband. The first two installed just fine , without asking for a V4 or V4.01 path!! Although I do note the issues still remain where the correct icons arent showing in Hand motions and the drumset props!

The pain in the *** pack "The Combo Rock Band Performances" still wont install , and whilst its not asking for an install path as in my previous screenshot. I get the below error!

Im seeing no load bar or any box that shows its even attempting to load!!

Why can it be just this particular Pack!!? All the other Combo/Theme Packs have loaded just fine.             I would so like to use this but hey!!!! What to do hmm...

Ive tried so many times , bring in the straight jackets.

We have repacked Rock band set already. If you have any abnormal problems in iClone4, you'll need to re-download and re-install it.

First of all, you have to login premium member account via the following link.

2) The version of iClone will show on the web page
3) Click on “Order History” tab
