Hi all, am new to forum ... have CT Pro5 and over weekend purchased CT Pro 6.
All seems fine with download and installation, with program, Animation Toolbox, etc etc.

I have two queries for help... first one
Everytime activation of icon for CT Pro 6, a dialog box appears "User Account Control - Program needs permission to continue", instead of opening directly to program.

Second - CT6 ContentWizard is installed but no projects from CT Pro5 showing in CT Pro 6.

Am writing here as also Support Technical query at Reallusion is not recognizing serial nos! eventhough its listed in my account!
My OS is Vista Home Premuim.....

Any help is most appreciated.

Hi Kim,

The User Account Control message you are getting is just one of the extra security features used by Vista with some software. Just click to continue. Crazytalk 6 is perfectly safe to use.

Please take a look at the link below regarding CT5 Projects. They can be manually copied over from custom CT5 projects folder to your CT6 folder.

When using the Support Form you should only need to enter the fields marked with an asterisk. The others fields are optional.

Thankyou for yr quick reply...
Yes have been activating it via 'User Account Control' and as you mentioned that its safe will just work on from dialog box.

And thanks for the link to apply CT5 projects to CT6 will read it later...

Understand the marked fields... its the serial nos that was coming up as error... maybe its becos purchase was done in the weekend and system has not been updated from Element 5 (source of download) to Reallusion...
Anyway... will plot on.... Cheers
