I think obj export will still help alot. So, it should be enough to buy the 3dXchange.
The pipeline price is a thing for very serious icloners, or game buliders. I doubt most people will want it unless they get some kind of super priced deal.
You would think the export pricing of iclone content would be sufficient. Then again it might not be very easy to control, since users can export and modify within some serious design and edit applications.
