| No luck updating the driver yet. I'm running Windows XP on a new iMac (using VMware Fusion as an intermediary), and either no new driver exists, or nothing that will work when running Windows on my Mac.
This is hugely frustrating, as the ONLY reason I've got Windows on my computer is to run Crazytalk, and the blurred images are completely unacceptable. Maybe the upcoming release of "Snow Leopard" for Mac will help, but I'm afraid I'm losing hope... |

| Just as an update to my last message, I've now upgraded to Snow Leopard and it didn't help with the blurry images at all. I also tried installing a new, fresh version of Windows XP and that didn't help either.
I'll try installing Windows 7 when VMware (on the Mac) supports it, and keep my fingers crossed. In the meanwhile, if there's ANYone successfully running Crazytalk 6 on a Mac, I'd love to know what you're doing. Thanks! |

| | Dear customers, Currently our products only support Windows operating systems. You can try to download the newest graphics card driver, and afterwards, you can install it into your VM Operating System. After that, if the display is still blurry or the graphics driver fails to install, the problem is caused by VM ware itself. Hence, we cannot ensure that CrazyTalk6 can work well under VM Operating System. I am writing to you that Mac version request has been conveyed to our developing team. Support for Apple Macintosh operating systems is still in the evaluation stage at this moment. If we have any news regarding the Mac version,we will announce on Reallusion website.
Yours sincerely,
Mick Technical Support Reallusion Inc. www.reallusion.com |

| Just wanted to say, I'd LOVE CrazyTalk to be Mac-compatible!! Our PC died - it was barely 3 years old. My first iMac was 7 years old before it had any problems at all. So no more PCs for us.
Just loaded Windows 7 on my Mac via VMware this week.. experienced the same blurry problems with CrazyTalk Pro6 as described in this thread. So I downloaded CrazyTalk Pro5 to my virtual machine... and, YAY! - it works! I'd love to use version 6, but guess I'll have to "make do" with 5 for now. I've been without CrazyTalk three months, and it's so great to be able to use it again!!! |
