My cepstrall voice does not work with ct5.1.  How do I get it to work?

Is your windows system aware of your CEPSTRAL server ?

You can check this by going into the taskmanager and look for a process called CepstralLicSrv.exe, that is your server for Cepstral vioces. Without it you can't use their TTS at all!
