Misaligned textures when exporting to Unity

Have attempted to adjust the materials by changing diffuse to transparent/cutout/bumped diffuse without success. Most of the export is fine but an area of the neck, shoulder displays no texture with a numeric identity displayed. Not sure where to go at this point. Original character came from iClone, to 3Dxchange5 then exported using the preset Unity export settings. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
