| Hi:
I purchased CloneCloth 3 and iCar Body Shop. I received no serial so How I will be able to get bonus and upgrades without having then registered at my profile?
Right now I am unable to find the ICar Body Shop Bonus which includes :
• 22 Textures (5 Custom Paint Texrure)
• 2 Terrains
• 1 Motion (1 Driver Pose)
The email receipt didnt included a link to the bonus...

| | Where were they? I had the same problem with a product without serial number. I have no idea how I could access it again. And I agree, it would be much better to have all purchases accessible online in one place. EDIT: To clarify, I'm talking about Reallusion products, such as content packs. |

It depends, look at Content Pack Description. In my case (ICar Body Shop) I looked at terrain and at animation and there are.

| | Hi, Nearly all recent content packs don't come with a serial number and are automatically registered to your account upon purchase. If you login to your account, you can see the packs you have purchased and download them again if need be.

| Not to be contrary, but the only ones listed for me in my account are those with a serial number, it seems.
For example, I bought the Dream Girls pack and the Male and Female movements packs earlier this year and I don't see them. |

For example, I bought the Dream Girls pack and the Male and Female movements packs earlier this year and I don't see them.Have you tried clicking on the Order History tab in your account? This should list all your orders from August 2008 onwards. Have a look and see if your orders are showing?

| Well, thanks, Peter! Uh, I never noticed that tab...  Yes, they are listed... It's funny, though, there are no download links for the Masculine and Feminine Movements or the Pack they were part of. |

| | Glad to be of help. Some older packs may not show up in your account. You can contact support for further assistance if you need to download them at any time. All packs from August 2008 should be in your Order History.
