Hi all,

The database has been updated and you should be able to install the pack now. Please let us know if any problem still exist. Thanks.

Regards,
Alan

I'm on Windows 7 RC 32-bit and nearly every recent pack wouldn't install or reinstall properly because it wasn't seeing iclone 3. It kept telling me that iclone 2 was incompatible with the packs, then when iclone 2 was off the system, it would say it couldn't find iclone 3.

If anyone's having *that* problem, I had a work around by single right clicking the install file of the program you want to install, then picking "troubleshoot compatibility" then using the troubleshooting options to run it in vista service pack 1 mode. Everything that hadn't been installing seems to be working fine now.

Best,

Jim Finch

Hi aknzrdude, gizmo, and mellormedia,

Sorry that the fix did not work for you. Please PM me with your member account (e-mail) and let me know where the installer you get from (E5 or other), I will see what the problem might be, thanks.

Regards,
Alan
