These are Popvideo flames on a Billboard. They work better than the particles because they don't escape the area they are confined to like particles do when moved and they attempt to track the motion with a trail left behind.

Halloween may be over now, but these can be used for the eyes of more than that.

The popvideo is a direct export from iClone of one Flame particle I used on a candle directly to the Media Video library default for iClone.

The paths, which are iClone defaults, are included in the zip file. These paths can be changed afterwards, but a relink will be required if you move the source popvideo from the current Media library.
