I thought I read that if you purchased iClone 3.2 Pro, you will be a Premium member?
From what I can tell, I am a Basic member....

You have to register iClone under your account first before you become a premium member.

I did register.
When I tried to join the premium, it requested my serial number and then said I was
already registered???

| If you're trying to register for CCD to get the plugin, you need to do so here . Does this help?

This is where I was. It says I am already registered.
When I try to download the plug-in it says "Become A Premium Member"???

Ah...I had to go here: http://developer.reallusion.com/dev-about.aspx
and click on upgrade. I was trying to Join!
But looking at the 3ds plugin install document, do I need 3ds MAX for this?
I was under the impression that the plugin simply allows importing of .3ds files?
I don't own 3ds Max!

| | This is a plugin so you can export models from 3DS Max into iClone format - you would have to have the program already. |

RayIf you have purchased and registered iClone3 Pro then you are a Premium Member. When you login to your account you should see this status showing as below: 
You also use those same login details to sign in at the Developer Center. There you can download the plugin and any other tools or documentation you require. |
