Installing iClone6 on two computers is against the terms unless you purchase another license.
I currently have a license for iClone5.51 and will have one for iClone6.
The terms say it is a one user one computer license.

You can install on two computers, just not use the software on two computers at the same time. Also, you can keep earlier versions of iClone installed, which is always a good idea.

Although you can share content, you have to be careful, as the newer version will "convert" even older content when loaded. We ran into that going from iClone 4 to iClone 5. So it's best to keep a backup, just to be on the safe side.
