| I recently went through the major dramas of a major computer crash. My motherboard died without warning and seemingly corrupted the hard drive on it's way out.
Stupid me hadn't backed up my Iclone & Crazy Talk files (still kicking myself...) Despite losing a lot of project files, it was a great sense of relief to know that I could log into my Premium Plus account and re-download the Iclone & Crazy Talk programs. I also could download most of the expansion packs I had purchased, and retrieve all my software keys.
Thanks to RL, the a potential nightmare was avoided. Yes I have lost a lot of my saved project files and avatars, but I have learned a valuable lesson out of all this.... backup-backup-backup!!! 
The positive to come out of all this, is I now have a far more powerful machine, with a 896MB GTX 260 graphics card. Iclone is far more stable than it ever was on this system, and it works heaps smoother!
