(Excuse the double-post...I mistakenly posted this in the Viscont's Inspiring & Ingenious Use Case Wanted!! thread)

Greetings iCloners! I'm an animator/designer for a company called Novonics here in Orlando, FL.  We focus on distance learning technologies, PC-based simulation, serious gaming, multimedia animation, applied research, and courseware development. We have used gaming engines (e.g. half-life SDK) to develop prototype Serious Games solutions to teach critical thinking skills for junior Navy officers and now experimenting with iClone to train program manament teams in decision making for the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).

Along with iClone, we used other softwares like Adobe Flex Builder 3.0 to develop the Rich Internet Application (RIA) as well as Maya/3D Max to import any additional models needed. iClone helped us make the avatars and videos needed for scenarios during the training.  As the lone 3D animator in our lab, I enjoyed using iClone because it has a quick turnaround of animation-making especially when you are responsible for the pipeline of modeling, animating, lighting, etc...

I am attaching screengrabs of the interface:

Thanks for your time and condsideration for the Inspiring & Ingenious Use Cases.

Great use of Iclone once again. There some really good ideas coming in on this thread. Apart from movie making iClone is being used in a variety of ways. Good Job!!

That is a very ingenious use of Iclone and the whole set up is quite inspiring.  Very impressive, thanks for sharing this.

Thanks FlyByNight and Alley for the comments

Sorry to the rest of the forum for the link not working anymore.  I had to take down the site so our customers could use it with out others logged on.  Hopefully the attached screengrabs will do.  Thanks again for your consideration!
