| | i purchased theiClone Props Pack: Natural Builder Gardening and it clearly says on iclone i am suppose to get the earth sculptor program with this . I AM very unhappy and upset and deeply angry for not getting the earth sculptor program which was the reason i purchased the builder gardenning , and if you check the iclone advertisement it clearly shows i am suppose to get the earth sculptor program. I really didnt care that much for the props . Can someone please help with this. It would appear to me that it would be unwise for me to ever buy anything from iclone ever again even though i like the software i want to get what is advertised and all of what i payed for , not just the props. |

| Hi musicaz. I'm not sure if this will help but re check your email headed 'element 5 Notification' which you will have received when you bought the Gardening pack. There will probably be two download links on the email. One for the Gardening pack and one for Earth Sculpter.

| | there is 2 links but both for onlyProps_Nature_Builder_Gardening.exe and i downloaded both , and executed programs both and still i did not get the earth scupltor program and not to mention this really ruins my weekend , as i was looking forward to using earth sculptor. I really like iclone a lot and was planning to buy more add ons and content from iclone but now i realize that as usual when you buy something you often dont get what you payed for and no solution etc, and it makes me realize that buying over the internet with credit card , to be a losing situation . |

| | It just occured to me that you may have mistakenly ordered the Garden pack from the 'Add on Pack' page (79.95 dollars - no Earth Sculpter), rather than the 'Special Offer Bundle page' (99.95 dollars - both products). Anyway whether you did or not, it should not be a problem, only a short disappointment. Use the form link below and explain the situation to support. | | well thanks gizmo for responding to me and i think that the web page for ordering the whole package as i wanted and not just the garden props alone , might indeed have had an issue because it looks like that is what happenned although i do remember clicking only on the link to buy it as a package meaning including earth sculptor but thanks anyways |

| OK. What I would do is use the link I gave earlier and tell support of your honest mistake. RL Support in my experience will do their best to help you and may be able to make a special arrangement for you to purchase Earth Sculptor for the extra twenty dollars. You have to try or if as you said earlier the Garden pack was not your first priority you will have wasted all of your hard earned cash. Regards.

| | i never made any mistake i clicked on the right page that advertised both programs together and entered credit card info . The mistake was not mine and if i had made one i would admit it. I managed to reach element on the phone today and they seemed to think that this error was not my fault as i take it , they have had this issue before , it appears to be a mistake when you click to buy the 2 programs together and some error occurred that was not mine. Since then i have purchased the program with earth sculptor, biosphere, and nature props , and sent a request to iclone to remove the bill for the single prop purchase that i didnt want , and hoping that since i bought the more expensive program they will refund my first purchase, but even if they dont, i wont be on this forum complaining etc, as i am not hear to make problems or rant or rave, if some error occurs , and i know its not my fault, but if it just works out like that, i can live with this because otherwise i i believe that iclone 3 pro is the best program of its kind out there , so please dont confuse me with those who only come on forums to complain.. hahaha i hope someone gets the point. !!!!!!! |

| Pete and RL - i ordered earth sculptor a while back and had it installed in my old pc - however i've since upgraded my pc and i can't seem to find the original download links - i checked my premium account at RL and it does not show there- in fact none of the new packs i have show up - any thoughts?
