I have seen it spray different ways, so yes it could be used comically. I'm pretty sure there is a water particle stream that could be added from the default water particles. If there isn't I can make one (Maybe ) I have since added to the above example, a FAUX/Fake VW engine image under the rear engine compartment, and an animated rainwater appearance on the glass itself, without using scene particles.
