We need this sub-forums to be turned into a standalone forum. Using all the tools for importing, exporting, conversions, discussion about other applications should be separated from iclone.

Now that we have ability to produce videos from different types of files designed by applications other than iclone.

Pipeline versions are available for CTA and IClone. Discussions about file conversions don't necessarily involve iclone any longer.

3DXchange is an application used with iClone, so the nature of the pipeline is different from the CTA pipeline and involves much more than file conversion. I don't see a benefit in having a joint pipeline forum. People don't always indicate the application they are using, so there would only be more confusion. Discussion on this forum can also be quite technical in nature and wouldn't necessarily be helpful to CTA users.

Discussions about other applications, importing, exporting, converting, migrating, pipelining, etc. would be included in a standalone forum. When we didin't have all the conversion ability and sharing of content with other applications a sub-forum under iclone was OK. Continuing this as a category under iclone doesn't serve us as well now.
