| You need to download and install WINRAR to extract the files in it, or WINZIP.

| | You might also like to try Powerarchiver. This opens just about any type of compressed file. Once you have one of the programs mentioned, just use it to extract the files from the RAR and then import them into iClone.

| | Thanks Cricky! I downloaded WinRAR and it worked well for first file, however, when i tried to open a different file of the same type (.VNS) iclone said "this is not a valid iclone file!" and could not open it... Do you think it's just the provider's fault or am i missing a step? Thanks! |

| | Try right clicking and open with iClone. This will work if it's a project file. You can also try importing as a prop or character, or open it with 3d Exchange if you have it and export yourself. Alternatively, post the file name here and someone may identify it as their work and tell you what type of file it is. Hope this helps. Shy
