Back in 2009, biggstrek started the Motion Blur and Camera Shake thread in the Wishful Features area, asking if these features were planned for iClone 5. He was not alone in wanting these.

We did get Camera Shake. But now I'm asking:

Is Motion Blur planned for iClone 6?

If not, has it been discussed? Perhaps for iClone 7?

Doing a search, I see that this feature has been asked for a bunch of times over the years. A few of the recent threads:

I would agree this is a well over due feature.

This seems very reasonable to me.

Some people do it in video editing tools.  But to me this seems a natural fit for iClone because this is where the 3D objects are moving through 3D space, so it seems like a good place to calculate that blur.

(Okay, I'll vote on the poll too.  This time.  But don't get used to it.)

Agreed. Everything else can do motion blur, why shouldn't iClone.

And by everything I mean most realtime graphics engines, so it would be very useful and beneficial.
