| | I was somewhat suprized at finding earth sculptor is a abondoned app.(it seems that you can still purchase it from the author) I am having trouble with the plug-in I purchased from reallusion bundled with the earthsculpture. ($100.00). when I try to export a iClone model vns it is not recognized by iclone 3.2 since it is abandoned where do I get help? |

| | Thank you for your quick response. I went to my account and found recent purchases for my id that is required for response. I also input the serial # for E.S. and it comes back invalid. I am frustrated since I can't find my id in my account and I just purchased this today........ perhaps I am premature in my frustrations. |

| Just on the chance that you were doing the same thing as me at first (exporting it into the terrain custom folder  ) - I'll mention that you export it into your custom prop folder....then after you add it to the scene, you can right click and add it to the terrain.(Thank you Wolfzone for pointing that out to me )

Hi, Only the items marked with an asterisk are required when filling in the Support Form. You should be able to leave the ID blank and still submit the form.
