Hello, hoping for a power user who can help answer a query we have. We have a character created in Cinema4D, that we'd like to use at a live event for a client. What I mean by this is we need to find a software solution that we can use backstage with an actor moving and talking in front of a Kinect into a computer, and outputted live in real time to a projector for a big screen, so our animated character talks to the audience and is able to interact with people in real time.
Is this something iClone can do for us, and if so can someone explain how/what setup we'll require in order to make this a reality?
Tom

Hi Tom Unfortunately iClone is not really setup for live presentation work. While you can record full body animation live using a Kinect, facial animation and lip-sync can't be recorded live. All recorded speech has to be processed first before lip-sync is added.
