Hi, if I try to export my CrazyTalk sequence to .bmp files it is not possible to change the framerate to 24 frames because the switchbox seems to be out of function. If I export with 30fps there are 795 bmp files, same with 24fps. Why ??
thanks in advance, best regards

Hi,

This is not something I can reproduce and shouldn't happen. For example if you set a 4 second Sequence BMP at 25fps, you will get a 100 (or 101) images. At 30fps you would get 120 images and so on.

Make sure when you input the frame rate you press enter/return or remove the cursor from the frame rate box to ensure it has been set. Give it another try and see if it works for you now.

Hi Peter,
I'm sorry but this doesn't work for me.
First the EnEnvironment5.1.1730.1 German

the spot is 5:14 long that means 128 for 24 bps and 154 for 30 bps

First try with fps set to 30

the output is ok : 155 bmp files

second try with fps set to 24

the output is not ok, result also 155 bmp files

there is an other indication, if I change the fps rate and press enter / return the computer beeps, seam the input is inhibit

Hi,

Thanks for updating the situation.

Have you tried a far different variation in frame rate to see what happens. For example setting the frame rate to say 10 - 15 should give a vastly different results in total frames outputted.

Also have you found this problem occurs in all your projects or is it restricted to a single project?

As I mentioned before I have been unable to reproduce this problem with either Crazytalk 5 or Crazytalk 5 Pro. For further help with this issue you can report it to our Technical Support department who may be able to offer some guidance on the possible cause.

Hi Peter,
I play around with the fps parms and found that is only possible to change the parm first time after start of CrazyTalk. If you go to output, change the fps parm, then it will work, afterwards it is not possible to change the parm anymore. I will discuss this with the Technical Support department.
thanks for help
best regards
Roland
