Hi,

I stumbled upon iclone and guess I would give it a try. When I install 3.2  on my xp machine, the first time, the installer asked me to select a location and continue. Since I interrupted the installer(because I thought it was not loading), the problem started. When I deleted all the files and tried to install it again it always sais:

"Important file missing, setup can not continue".

After clicking ok, I get a windows saying

"The wizard was interrupted before, Iclone could not be completely installed.  The system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run the installation again. Click finish to exit the wizard."

I ran "registry machine" to delete wrong references and cleaned my PC, without any luck.

There is nothing wrong with my installer, because its working fine on my laptop. My guess is there are old traces of the previous install. Doesn anyone know how to delete them?

Thanks Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

I've just found your message. You had posted it in the old iClone2 archive forum which is sadly why it got missed. Apologies for that.

I would advise contacting support with this issue who should be able to offer advice on how to remove the left over traces of the failed installation.

You can contact them using the link below:

Good luck.

EDIT: Moved to iClone3 forum.

Guys, greetings! My name is Maria and I from Russia. Please, help me. I have downloaded the program from a site and have established it on the computer. The program asks to enter a login and the password. I was registered on a site and have received on e-mail a login and the password. When I enter this data the program hangs, ceases to work. Please, tell, what happens? I ask to answer me mail: bagenova@ngs.ru Thanks, Maria

Hi Maria,

Which website did you get the software from? Was it from the Reallusion website (this one) or from a reseller. Also which version of iClone did you purchase?

If you can supply this information I can try and offer you the best way to proceed.
