| | Hi, To load one of ther backgrounds, click the Background & Camera Movement button and then browse to your Crazytalk 5 Custom folder. There is a Backgrounds folder there with the image files inside. Just choose the background you want and then click OK.
Hope this helps.

| | I'm new and a new user to Crazy Talk Pro 5. I have 'Showtime' and am not able to get the background files either. I read the instructions provided by Tutor and followed them but still can not locate any file entitled 'Custom'. I manually went through every folder in the Cazy Talk program in the C: program files and found a folder with the models but there is not a folder entitled 'Custom' or 'Backgrounds'. I found the 'Model' folder with the characters. I also found 'It's Showtime' lighting effects using the path <Reallusion/CrazyTalk5/Templates/CrazyTalk5Template/ComicEffect/It'sShowtime/> Am I doing something wrong or is it possible the backgrounds will not load to my computer when I download the effect pack program? I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the programs several times to see if there was a error or I missed something. Are you able to help? I saved a DXDaig.txt to send to technical support. I did not read any problems were found on any of those tabs. |

| | Hi, The backgrounds are not installed in c:\program files but are kept in your custom folders. If you accepted the default location during install of Crazytalk 5 then you will find the backgrounds in the locations below. Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Reallusion\Custom\Crazytalk 5 Custom\Background\It's Showtime Windows Vista C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Reallusion\Custom\Crazytalk 5 Custom\Background\It's Showtime Hope this helps.

| Thank you VERY much!!! I am a self taught computer user and could not for the life of me figure this out. It might have helped if I were younger and had a sharper mind. I did find the folder and the backgrounds were in there! I am so grateful and can't wait to play around with my new 'toys'! |

| I'm pleased to hear you have found the backgrounds. It can be difficult to locate things that have been installed I know. Glad I could help.
