| Hi to everyone.
Today, I will talk about Crazybump tool now essential to any self-respecting designer.
1.Introduction
Crazybump is useful software for creating normal map; Parallax displacement; Occlusion and Specular map, all of a quality very realistic, in a very short time and all for only about 35 MB.
The software is currently for commercial license with a 30 days trial
There is a 3D window inside to see your mixes in real time. very useful, therefore.
The interface and very intuitive, so no need to make tutorials.
2.Screenshots and iClone rendering
(coming soon!)
3.conclusion
Crazybump and a very good software to create your normal map for free.
4.Where can you get it?
Simple, you can download it here -> http://www.crazybump.com
Does anyone have any experience with Crazybump? Please feel free to add yours! Screenshots and iClone rendrering are welcome.

Hi David,
I used crazy bump before, when it was beta but when it went on sale, they made it too expensive for the commercial license. Anyone who is creating content would have to buy the commercial version not the personal version and that is $299 dollars. BTW why are saying you can get normal maps for free, after the 30 day free trial you either have to pay for it or remove it from your machine. Just curious.

| The website is lacking in information, especially for a product that costs $99 minimum. I know I can install the demo, but I like to know if it's worth it.

Hi Zuijlen,
there isnt much to it, you load a diffuse map and you can create a bump, displacement, specular and normal map out of it. You have a lot of options to fine tune them. Its a great little app but they priced it up too high IMHO.
If they would have priced it $99 for commercial use I would have bought it.
