"*You will be redirected to YouTube or other websites by clicking "online video" buttons,
and redirected to premium member page for download (after log-in) by clicking "download video" buttons."

click download video, opens new window and loads membersreg.asp page to login.
login - taken to premium page.
nothing - no download starts

nav back to tutorials page.
click download video, opens new window and loads membersreg.asp page
nothing - no download starts

look for additional button on premium page - nothing.

logout - repeat process x2

Look for message that says the tutorials cost money. Nothing found.

It's a test of ones ability to put up with website designers who have no respect for customers, right?

The thing is, I don't LIKE being made to feel stupid every day, you know. I have an average IQ, nothing spectacular, just average. Average IQ don't cut it here, huh? That should be stated up front you know. Torturing people this way is why there's people out there telling others to skip iclone, is all I can figure.

I don't mind that it'll take some time to learn how to use this tool, that it'll be a TASK that must be endured. I DO mind the run around. Two times in two days about two different things is too too much.

Or is it you guys get money for sending people to youtube and the download video buttons are some kind of macabre joke?

BAD omens, two - in two days.

Would someone please show me (step me through) how to get the video tutorials downloaded, I'd appreciate it. Thanks,

jjwebb

Oh, and the case study tutorials report they're not even there. At least that's not the runaround. That's more on the order of outright betrayal of website design. Why put the button there if you don't have the case study?

Hi JJ,

Sorry to hear that this Premium Members thing is causing some confusion.

The downloadable tutorials are available direct from the Premium Members page. Just follow the same procedure you used to see the upgrade discount, and on the same page are the download links for the tutorials. Just click on the ones you want from there rather than the tutorials page.

For reference check out the reply I gave in this post to get there.
