| I just checked my update button and yes I have exactly the same as you. The only thing I notice is you may be running Vista. (I'm still on XP so cannot be 100%). So my only other suggestions would be a possible conflict with Vista or a corrupted file somewhere. The former seems unlikely though as RL would obviously have checked the pack against the system. Is it worth trying to re download? Apart from that I'm sorry to say I'm foxed too. Simply not enough software knowledge. Hopefully someone else can sort you out soon - Monday is a long wait. All the best.

| Just had a thought (a rare beast). Have you tried re starting your computer and installing. Sometimes the simple things are best. . .

| No I dont use Vista. (Crashsta) I like an operating system that works, thanks. OK. I fixed it. This was the issue. ""//PATH not found."" I did a small trace-it check while the plant packs executed. They looked in the original destination in "C:\mydocument\folder\folder\another folder\and another folder \ etc" for all the Reallusion custom stuff. Wrong!!! On install of v.3 I chose "C:\REALLUSION" as my folder for all the custom stuff. I detest that "My Documents" irritance. So I reset paths for iClone v3 pro to "My Documents\etc\etc\etc\etc\etc" Lost all my Horses... and found them again. and now...................
(fanfare.....)
the BIOSPHERE plants packs installed. I dont understand why veersions came into the argument? Maybe the software looks for a custom file version. I didnt find one. It worked. Thats all that matters. So, I'm off now to do some serious Gardening in the Village.

Not sure if you have used Vista much but personally I have been using Vista since it came out and find it much more stable than XP. I very rarely get crashes of any kind and especially with iClone3 which has been totally reliable with Vista. Honestly I wouldn't dream of going back to XP now.
