Well, I went back and remade my remake of the opening moments of Star Trek The Motion Picture, using my best rebuild/retexture of the K't'inga battlecruiser. Also tried to make the footage flow a little better. (God, I hate .wmv format for certain aspects though). I also managed to improve on my over the top, 180 camera rotation which plagued me for so long. Anyhoo, think of this as Martok's ST:TMP remake Special Edition.

Not familiar with the 'real thing' (I'm not a Sci-Fi fan) but this is beautiful

Blew me away on my 24" Monitor. I now need to find time to hopefully Download the Youtube File to a Memory stick & watch it on my TV. To be blown even further away

Thank you, everyone. Lynn, I'm glad this appealed to you on a visual level, even if you aren't familiar with it, or a not a sci-fi fan. That's a very cool feeling to know you've impressed someone who's not into sci-fi. Maxae, I'd love to trade notes sometime on visual effects techniques. Yes, this was definitely the best part of the movie, and I loved ST:TMP. Colour, I hope you do get to enjoy it on your HDTV. I'm purdy proud of it. Humbly, Friendly neighborhood Martok2112

I went and re-watched this on my nice big TV and I can say that it was worth the effort! Looks even better that way. Great work. (Now make the rest of the film... lol)

That is just mind blowing. I'm also not a Sci-Fi fan, but this makes me want to see more.
