Just a curious question .... I have purchased a few add on paks and items that do not have a serial number and was wondering what support is offered for these items should I ever have the need to download the again? I thought that on the old member page it showed everything you had purchased ... maybe it didn't, I just bought some more stuff today and realized this.

Hi,

The items you purchase that don't have serial numbers won't show up on your Premium Members page. The best thing to do is to backup all your purchases onto a CD/DVD, USB Flash Drive or another hard disk etc. You should also keep the email which contained the download link so you could try and re-download should you need to, plus it will contain the order details should you need to seek support.
