"Gizmo caught me with a bad spelled word in my signature!!! Is that OK? To bad you seem to be just a "gizmo" while I still am Mike Aparicio. Ah! this thing about names, masks, pseudonyms, and so... I am Not sure if a similar thread exist elsewhere or if some of these answers have been answered before? 1) Can we use Reallusion iCons for describing the nature of iClone Content on our own site? e.g. ... 2) I would like to suggest a new iCon Certified by Reallusion and Posted on the Reallusion site and/or other sites? I could provide to Reallusion the detailed explanation as to why I think this icon may be relevant to the end user. a) Can I use this new iCon on third party sites? (i.e. am I breaching some Reallusion property?) b) Is there a vehicle for me to have reallusion endorse this iCon for geneneral use? Please advice shortly. Thanks. I would advise sending an email to developer[at]reallusion.com for an answer to these questions. They should be able to give an answer to this.

| Regarding the legality of using Reallusion Icons.
Yes, the icons can be used by 3rd party sites. In fact, we encourage you to do so, as long as you are following the guidelines of what those icons mean.
Guidelines:
http://www.reallusion.com/contentstore/iclone/iClone_logo.asp#motion
Reallusion only strictly enforces that the icon, "Native", shall NOT be used by any other vendor, save Reallusion. Native is reserved only for content created or acquired by Reallusion.
Reallusion does, however, encourage users to brand themselves and their products. Use of marketing materials to better market the uses of your content is effective and should be pursued. Nevertheless, creating icons that look like Reallusion icons in terms of size, style and color will cause confusion to the end user of what is and is not legitimate. In the end, this will damage your brand, so... everyone try to remain unique.
I hope this clarifies everything
