Update your graphics engine!
You guys are competing with some free game engines out there and they are WAY ahead in the graphics department. However, you're way ahead in ease of use. But a stunning graphics engine would turn a lot've heads your way.
AND ....
Give 3d exchange the ability to convert obj characters into Iclone characters. Then you would see some interesting movies. Movies with trolls and dragons or whatever. Think about your favorite sci-fi movie. Could you replicate it with the limited number of characters Iclone has?

| I doubt very much iClone counts game engines as their competitors... Game engines are used for creating games, and iClone is used for making movies. Nope, not a lot of direct competition there. Sure some people might be using game engines for creating machinima movies, but not a whole lot of people are doing this. I've looked into game engines for creating machinima movies (Torque, 3D Game Studio, DarkBasic Pro, etc...) and it's a whole lot of work to create movies using a game engine, specifically in modeling and animating.

I agree with joeed, the iClone realtime engine could use alot of the latest shader and vertex technology to improve it's visuals as well as animation techniques...and by the way game engines and realtime engines is in essence the same technology
