Just had a group of eight year olds in the Learning Centre today. These were a mixed ability group. In four hours and them seeing Crazytalk for the first time they produced these examples.

They did there own little poems to put on the script. Used SFX, Puppetering and modification of images/text. I was pretty impressed by the way the kids picked this up in such a a short time.

Ahhh, to have the fresh mind again...

Kids are like sponges, they absorb quickly and if shown once they pick right up on it...as we age it may take a few tries to get it to the same level.

Would I want to go back through all the learning stages? NO...been there done that!
Well maybe the teen years again!

I just bet they loved Crazy Talk.  Sounds like they had fun and picked it up really quickly.

Nice to see the Educational uses for the program.

It's so refreshing to see how children can just take to software in minutes and start being productive straight away. I think they lack the intimidation factor that affects adults when you first put them in front of a computer program.

Thanks for sharing the videos with us Popeye. The Yoda video was outstanding.

Nice to see the kids using the software like that and some pretty good poems going there.   Know what you mean about kids....my daughter was asking me how to use the webcam on our laptop and she had it all figured out before I could read the help file.
