If you use 3DXchange 1.0, you can export accessories, props, or scenes to iClone for sure.
But...how about the vns files from 2.5 to 3DXchange?

Since iClone 2.5 is a big jump (upgrade), the projects and any other files made by 2.5 can't be imported to iClone 2.1 or below (2.5 can support all of the files from previous versions).

To make 2.5 vns files imported to 3DXchange, you have to upgrade to 3DXchange 1.1.
There'll be a patch available next week.
Please check this page then.

Thanks

I second that.  Very easy install and works a treat with 2.5.

Hi, folks

Thanks for the feedback.
Actually, you are going to "Free Upgrade" to 3DXchange 2.0 in late November too.
2.0 provides the key feature to directly import .skp from Google 3D Warehouse.
What you can see in this page now will be in your iClone library soon.

Best wishes

Visconti,

Does this mean that models can be imported from the "free" Sketchup version, or does it still require the "Pro" version?
