I wish to express that I did have problems recently with my order for IClone3 due largely in part to the US Postal Service returning my boxed set as being undeliverable. I called the REALLUSION home office and someone there gave me the 800 number for Element5 customer service. In short, Element5 reshipped my boxed set the same day via UPS because the postal tracking showed my product being return.

Two friends gave me VISA Gift Cards for Christmas to use. I am however trying to figure out how to change my credit card billing info to purchase more content from BACKSTAGE and the Content Store. Have not had any success in figuring out how to do this.

Some of the menu functions are confusing. I thought it was me. My grandson is a whiz at figuring these things out but told me that he was having problems too.

There are some things in the Content Store that I cannot seem to find in Backstage. Is it me or just Alzheimers setting in with my brain - that's something I am dealing with these days as well but I do have to keep a sense of humor.

Thanks for any help anyone may be able to provide.
