| Every time I choose or apply "water (look at the image below)" from the tab menu of iClone3, a message from iClone reminder keep on appearing saying "This scene contains LivePlants or water. To render this contents, iClone renderer needs to be set to Pixel Shader."

How can I set the preference to "pixel shading"? Because when i went to preference and clicked "pixel shading", the black dot doesn't set or apply it to "pixel shading (look at the image below)."

| I am afraid this looks like a graphic card problem and your Graphic card may not support Pixel shader 3. You need to check this I would think!!

It would appear yours does not and if so you will be restricted to Quick Shader sadly. If your graphic card is listed as supporting Pixel Shader then please ensure you have the latest drivers installed for your card. This can make a difference. http://www.reallusion.com/iclone/GraphicsCard.pdf.

It seems that I don't have the latest driver for my graphic card. I'll try to get one later. Thanks! |

| lbonocchi (5/19/2009) And how we can check our video cards? In Windows XP just select Start - Run -Dxdiag.exe. Then choose the Display tab. (In Vista just press Start and then type Dxdiag in the Search Bar) Once you know your graphics card you can look it up in the document below and see what Shader options you will have available. http://www.reallusion.com/iclone/GraphicsCard.pdf.
