Direct Picking and Manipulation

Double click to select target characters or props, the selected object 
   will be marked with a yellow bounding box.
   In the mean time, the corresponding Modify panel shows up
Hotkey object manipulation:
    。move: Alt + arrow keys
    。rotate: Ctrl + left / right
    。up and down: Ctrl + up / down
    。hold Shift key to 10X increase the operation speed 

Enhanced Camera System

Auto snap camera: after you double click selecting the target object,
   press F (Front) key or Home (Perspective) key to snap camera right on the target.
   Now you can easily rotate the camera around the target object.
Large scene camera, no clipping on sky dome
Access the Long shots templates from \Long shots folder, you can quickly 
   switch long distance camera to overview the scene.
To create your custom camera view, turning on Edit Key option and
   add your new camera to the custom panel.

Link-to Feature between characters, props

Easy to allow characters ride on a horse or drive a car.
Easy to link objects together and move them in the same time.
Be able to easily use helper to animate any scene elements.
    。eg. Universal Car Wheels Helper

Enhancement of Character animation with BSM description

BSM (Bone System Modification) is a motion filter which
   allows you to offset the joint rotation when any motion applied.
You can easily modify the parameters stores in the bsm file with any text editor
In iClone2.5v, the included G1 characters all come with their bsm file
   for motion enhancement

Better Initial Pose and Default Idle Motion

‧The character appears more friendly with relaxed arms placement.

The followings are some of the usual Hot Keys you can use in iClone.

A, S, D, F, G, H, J: Camera Angle
F9: Preview
F11: Full screen
Ctrl+F7: Add character, rename character, or delete character
Ctrl+F1: Toggle between pixel shader and quick shader
Ctrl+F: Show frame rate and shader status
Ctrl+G: Show floor grid

Additional: New Hot Keys in iClone 2.5:
After picking, you can
Ctrl+←: Turn left
Ctrl+→: Turn right
Ctrl+↑: Move up
Ctrl+↓: Move down
Alt+←: Move left
Alt+→: Move right
Alt+↑: Move backward
Alt+↓: Move forward
Ctrl/Alt+Shift+(direction) : speed up the movement

If you would like to know the entire Hot Key list, you can refer to iClone Manual. Just press "F1" in iClone to call out the iClone Online Help. Then take a look at the item- "Keyboard Shortcuts" below the item-"Tips and Suggestions".
