| | I have had several e-mails from support, but I think I have blown their minds. Hoping somebody else can help. When I originally got I-Clone, I also purchased CloneCloth, the Body Pack and the Wilderness Pack, but then I lost everthing on my HD, and it appears I didn't register them - I thought I did. So the upshot is, I can't get a re-download from my account. Does anybody know how to re-access the download installation and get hold of the serial numbers? Thanks. |

| | Hi Richard, If you have a hard copy of your purchase confirmation emails then you should have all the serials for the products on them. With those you would then be able to register and re-download all the installation files you need. From your last paragraph it would appear that you may not have any copy of those serials and if that is the case I think you will have to wait till Support gets back to you on this.

| Hi - I have just bought another load of addins, but they have no serial numbers, so how do I register them? Also, if add-ins have no serial number, this will be why I did not register the previous add-in packs.
How therefore can I get a hold of the reinstallation files? I am goign to be very upset if I have to rebuy them, especially as the Wilderness Pack no longer seems available! Thanks. |

| | Hi Richard, Some of the files from the content store do not require serials. This is normal and they can be installed in exactly the same way. As with all software you should make a backup of all your installation files as soon as possible. This could be to a CD/DVD, Flash Drive, Second Hard Disk etc. You should also try and keep your purchase confirmation emails so you can use the links included to re-download the software should you need to. Also try and keep a hard copy of the emails so you have a secondry source of serials and software links. With regards to your question about the Wilderness packs, they are still available and can be found here:

| | Hi - Just to let anybody who has similar problems know. You can re-access the installer files by visiting the Element 5 Website (who collect payments on behalf of Reallusion) and joining as a member with THE SAME E-MAIL that received your downloads. From there you can go into a past purchases and all the links are there for you to get to. Hooray! My next mission is to find out why VAT is being charged at 19%! |
