Sorry, I didn't saw your question before.
No, you can't export Chuck facial animation to UDK. In fact, you can't export any facial animation out of iClone. For now.
Regarding UDK, it can read morph data from any source (iClone have bone based facials, no morphs).
So let say, lipsync in DAZ Studio and export to UDK - this is quite possible.

(theoretically, UDK is able to read bone based facials from iClone character, but FBX file that iclone/3DXchange produce, doesn't have this data. I suggested this option to Reallusion, will see...)

Ok thanks a lot for the answer!
Bought the pipeline, so will have to try getting Iclone -> UDK to work for me.
Got a troll halfway textured from DAZ into it, will try some 3DXchange now!
A lot to learn.
Best Regards

I have a question. I am tryting to get Chuck into UDK I exported him from pipeline as a FBX (just clicked the export in FBX immediately when I transferred it into pipeline) So When I get it and import it into UDK I get the body but the textures and materials are dull and off. And the Eyes are out of its socket and mouth, teeth, and hair are out of place. Is there something I am doing wrong? Thanks! Guys!

You need to 'skin' your mesh to a "Proper" UDK skeleton!

This is Game Character 'Rigging' FOR UDK! Smile

No theorectical nonsense here! Tongue Get "Under-the-Hood" and bring it to LIFE! Cool

Thank you! I want to ask tho. Maybe its me but How dose doing that help bring the skin back to my character. This is what happens when I bring it from Exchange to UDK Am I doing somthing wrong? Thanks! Here is a pic.

I was very interested in the Unreal Engine a few years ago - but was disappointed that there was no export video feature, has this changed? BTW - I love your video.

This link explains UDK Custom Characters
http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/UDKCustomCharacters.html

Movies to Games is a huge leap!
* Movie character: You can pile all kinds of crap together and it'll work!
* Game Character: Require a very strict structure... for Mesh,Rig and textures!

Thank you so much. I am looking in to it right now.
