| Tried it twice, first time the purchased item crashed iClone (got a refund) second time I can only download 2 of 4 purchased items. (Also their shop interface is a nightmare to navigate really and the flashy spammy logo just everywhere is quite annoying, but that is, of course, subjective.)
Tried in the past (besides RL, which works very well) the coolcreators store, which worked well and the iclone templates store, which also works well (but they seem to have gone dormant there, sad, was excited about the animals they were promising).
What are your user experiences with iClone related stores, which ones are recommended?

| | Dear BeruPly, Thank you for your comments. All comments are regarded as helpful and evenly appreciated. However I feel compelled to point it out that: 1. All orders show up under your personal memberaccount. I've double checked them, downloading them is not a problem! 2. The insects pack has been up for some time now and has been succesfully downloaded by a number of buyers. They all address the link through the same mechanism. 3. Website navigation of the Clones2Go store was setup to be easy for even the novice web user. We have received quite a few compliments from people who are most likely less computer minded than the average (you?) websurfer, so I am very much surprised that you were not able to figure it out. If you feel that the modest logo is distracting to you then I can only say that promoting Clones2Go has not been a problem to the serious buyers we have had on our store. I hope the financial department has handled -if requested- any refunds to your satisfaction, however if you are not content with the way the Clones2Go store is setup you might want to consider being professional enough to bring any problems you might have to the attention of the Clones2Go team (who are more than willing to help) rather than starting misleading posts pubicly. Having said all of this, I must stress out again that the problems you have announced on this forum are most likely caused by problems in your own computer/internet/browser setup. We have consulted our server provider regarding this problem, however the high number of downloads may have a temporary impact on new downloads. If this is the case for you, please retry within one or two minutes. The download should start by then. Please note that this problem is NOT related to the previous post where a user could not complete the download of purchased packs. We expect to resolve this issue within the next 24 hours. | OK, thanks. Now it was possible to download from within the account! This is actually MUCH easier than from the download links that come in the purchase confirmation email.
Hope this way to download is possible also with other items purchased in the future, as there are nice items in your store, great that you offer animated animals!

| | Hello Beruply To answer your question "Can you download from your account" The answer is yes. Login in and go to the members area and "View known orders" you can re-download from here. All the team have checked your account and all is working well. Your products are registered to your account. This is a fail safe procedure at clones2go. If a member loses a progamme in a hard drive failure or just simply changes their machine they are able to re-download the products they have bought. I am not going to ask whether you have been satifisfied with the immediate response you have had from admins as we have looked at all correspondence. Your problem was acted upon within 15 mins from you trying to get the download and the server not repsponding (which is no fault of Clones2go) Can I kindly ask you if you have further issues regarding your purchases you deal with admins at Clones2go and not in a public arena as this takes us more time to respond to you problem. We can do nothing from this area of the net but for to reply to your posting which takes up time rather than looking into your problem. Kind Regards Popeye Clones2go

| | We are aware that some server issues have occured for 1 or 2 customers predominately in the UK. This is due to high demand on the server we have been told by our providers. We are trying to resolve this issue with our hosts and are totally aware of this small problem. Please keep trying your download links. Hopefully this will be resolved ASAP.
