| | Yesterday, I got an email from someone who purchased an item that has been in Fashion Alley for a year and sold several times. The character consists of about 11 items including motion, props, accessories and upper/lower. The install log shows that several of the items failed to download and the puchaser tried several times. The log is telling them to try again later. I checked and all items are in the pack, there have been no issues before. Therefore, I assumed this was an isolated case. Overnight, I got two more emails on more recent packs. Same issue - about half the included items in the pack are failing to download. I think there may be an issue - and I"m not sure if any other developers have had issue with this yet but I tested it out by doing some test installs of my content and there is indeed an problem. I don't know how random it is, but files missing could be any type, i.e. props, accessories, uppers or lowers. My only choice at this point may be to email the items to the customers, but this is not ideal as they won't be DRM protected. Also, there are those that never write, and just remain disappointed, therefore, affecting whether they make further purchases. Just thought I would pass this issue on.

| | I've done some more tests - and the items that fail to download are random. A few seem to be consistent, but others will randomly download on subsequent attempts. But it's a real problem. On test install log, several items that failed are showing to go to "Custom" rather than "Materials Lib" or iAcc, etc.- even though the individual item in inventory is properly listed. However, even items that do show in log as proper path fail also. Just had another purchaser of older content, missing half the items.  This may be a bigger problem for those that have multiple items in a pack that consist of varying types of items. I wonder if it is due to programming changes being made to prepare for Content Store items being handled through the uploader. In any case, there are going to be some angry customers this weekend.

| | Sorry to hear that you are having issues with Marketplace. Agree with your concerns as to those that do not notify you or any of us and do not return to purchase content. As yet nothing like that to report. I have noticed today that on my store I click on a thumb to view the full product description and pics to check all is ok and the pages just take forever stays white and waiting for Reallusion in the explorer. They have been making changes recently to the Marketplace not showing how many packs have sold etc so perhaps this has messed things up and that is why only now a year later on one product and also recent products are playing up.

| Duchess - can you go to your Inventory - Uploaded Content - and just pick a few packs with multiple items and try installing? Would be interested to know if you have any issues. Can even be Iclone 4 content, but preferably something with a mish-mash of add-ons.

| | Ok tried it out selected a pack with 29 items uppers and lowers mtl files. 16 of the 29 failed to load. I did not try again to see if they would load on a second attempt as a fail the first time is a big no no and this needs to be sorted pdq by Reallusion. There is I agree some sort of problem on the Reallusion end.

| I have made up a list of content sold since the 25th April and I have just started mailing people that have purchased content since then as unsure when this may have started to check that all is ok, explaining that there seems to be a problem with the Marketplace.

| | Good idea - altho if you are using the store message system, I'm not convinced people get the messages. I don't know how many times people have posted a message on store front (set to private) which then notifies us by email. So, you respond and also set it to private, but then you never hear from them again. So....unless they have email notification on, and even then, I'm not certain how the message system works when it's set to private. This is why I generally ask people to email me so I can contact them.

| I'll add to this saying that I've had some trouble with the marketplace as well. Yesterday, I purchased a simple "bearded face" and got an error.
Today, I went on all all-out leech assault in the Content Wizards store, gathering some freebies that I needed. 
But out of the many files I had in my cart, only some of them downloaded and installed.
