Dear all,

I import image file to CrazyTalk Animator by "import media"

button, either select "prop", "image layer" or "background" The result of image quality is not

sharp as original. My image file is my PC screenshot.

Support team advise me to adjust "max real time map size" to high value. Moreover I increase

"Maximum image import size" too, but the result is still not good.

Support team suggest more that image should have resolution at lease 1024 x 1024 but

sometime image that I want to show in CTA is not high quality like that.

Can someone advise how to solve this problem ?

I hope the method is not to update graphic card driver.

Thank you very much

In the most case is this the solution .
When this and the another suggestions not solve this problem, I have no idea.

I have not this problem ,I get all my images clear . So I think really it is your graphic-card.

Not all Software use the same render technik.

Have you been updated?

Here you can check
http://www.scirra.com/graphics-driver-updater.zip

if yes, which card use you ?

I can try your image on my CTA and compare .So we can analyze what is the issue.

I use trial version of CTA now, can set [Max real time map size] value only 2048x2048 (not have

4096x4096 to select), or is this limitation of trial version ? But for [Max image import size] I can

choose 8 million pixel.
