| | We installed Crazy talk, but did not register it within the 15 day trial period. Now we can't activate it. We tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it remebers previous installation and continues to give this error. How do we activate the product? |

| | We already own it. The trial was really the purchased version, not activated before 15 days. We did uninstall and then reinstalled and it still tells us that the 15 day trial is expired and keeps us from registering. I'm guessing that there is some kind of timer in the registry that need deletion. Our IT tried to locate it, but was not successful. |

| | Hi, There seems to be a little confusion here. The Trial and the Full version of Crazytalk 4 are separate installs. When you install the full version you will have to enter your serial number, which you will have been given when you purchased, and this will activate the product. You should not get any messages about the trial expiring after installing the Full version. Have you entered the serial number during the install? If you have registered the product on the website with your serial you can re-download the full version from your Premium Members page or you can use the link given when you purchased Crazytalk to download it again.
