| Hi Monika, Unless you changed the location of your custom folders during installation you can find them in the locations below: You can then place the files in the relevant sub-folder, eg Character, Upper, Props etc. (Also remember that if the file has a .ZIP extension, it will need to be extracted first). Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Reallusion\Custom\iClone 2 Custom or Vista C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Reallusion\Custom\iClone 2 Custom
