Why do I sometimes only have like 3 white dots and no yellow dots for the mouth area located on the wire..It doesnt happen all the time..Thanks...bill

The number of fitting points you see is determined by the mode you are in. In Basic Facial Mode you will have 3 fitting points and if you select Detailed Facial Mode you will have either 7 if the mouth is closed or 10 if the mouth is open.

The image below shows where you switch from Basic to Detailed. The help guide covers this in detail so I would spend some time going through it to get a better understanding of the process. Just press F1 when in Crazytalk.
