Anyone know what's going on with the checkout page? When I click on the Proceed to Checkout button, I get a 404 page error (screen shot attached). The link it is trying to go to is http://city.reallusion.com/ShoppingCart.aspx# .

I have been able to download once today, but now my shopping list is huge - and this is already the second time I've tried to buy all this stuff.

Hi..

I just tested the checkout procedure and everything seems fine now.

Have you been able to checkout since your original post? If not then please contact Customer Support using the link below. They will be able to help you with this.

I went back to check if it was working, and it had deleted all the items in my cart, again. I tried doing a small batch, and that worked. So I just tried doing another small batch, and now it will go through to the confirm page, but then I get a message saying, "Failed to Process Transaction."

Hi,

Would you provide a screenshot of the error message and page you encountered the error, and probably also the content name. As it doesn't look like a defect to all users, we will check if it's related to a specific content or account.

Regards,
Alan

I didn't get a screenshot. I had about twelve items in the cart, and none showed up as unavailable. When an item was unavailable, it would automatically remove it from the cart, though I did have to go back to my cart and "Proceed to Checkout" again. But it didn't show anything odd in the list when the error happened. I tried removing one item at a time to figure out if it was just one item causing it, but after I'd removed about five items, it just cleared my cart altogether.

I figured while I was spending my points, I may as well get some Freebies, too. This error happened with just Freebies in the cart. I had sorted all items under Avatars/Creatures in Fashion Alley by Price (Lowest) and added several items from the first page. I corrected all the Undetermined items. I could "Proceed to Checkout," but when I clicked "Confirm," it would sit for about thirty seconds, then a popup window showed "Failed to Process Transaction." After clicking OK, it went back to the main Marketplace page.

This probably doesn't help, and maybe it was just some weird glitch. I can tell you that I tried it in Firefox 8 and IE 9, with the same results.

Hi,

As you mentioned "it just cleared your cart" and "sit for about thirty seconds", I am wondering if it's possible that the issue happened when we are updating something caused the connection issue. However you also mentioned you tried in different browsers, it makes the assumption less likely to be.

Only freebies in the cart isn't an issue as well because we don't set the limitation and we can see many users only download freebies everyday. Could you PM me your email account so that I can see if I can find more information? Thanks.

Regards,
Alan
