How soon should the DA Points be credited after purchase? I've bought them before, and it seems like it was immediate. Today, I chose several items to determine how many points I'd need, then went ahead and bought the 10,000 + 1,000 bonus offer. I continued shopping for at least another hour, but at checkout I had insufficient points. I logged out, cleared my cache and logged back in. No 11,000 points, plus - of course - it didn't save my shopping list!

The site needs a serious organizational overhaul, so it is going to take forever to rebuild my list. Do I need to contact Customer Service, or is this wait period normal?

P.S. Yes, I did receive an email saying the points had been credited to my account.

Hi..

Sorry to hear of your problems purchasing the DA Points.

If you check your Transaction History in the Marketplace does it show your purchase?

If it does but your points total is not showing the correct amount then please contact Customer Support using the link below. They will be able to quickly rectify this for you.

No, it wasn't showing up in my transaction history, either. I contacted customer service, and the automated message said there was a 2-3 day wait for replies, which I understand since they just released a new version. I was dreading having to model this myself because I've been doing non-stop 3D modeling for the last month, and I'm burned out. But they surprised me by getting it fixed this morning! I was a system glitch.

Now the content loader is failing to initialize. There's always a learning curve when I start using software I haven't used in a while!
