| Okay... I'm having some trouble with getting the mouth right and I want to know what you guys would think, if that's okay. I have my mouth frame looking like this:

That looks okay right? But it comes out like this:

I think that there is something other than my wire frames that are messing this stuff up. I moved the mouth around a lot to some absurd places and it always seems like that triangle in the corner of the mouth is stuck... Anyone know what is going on? |

| Hi,
Just for a test I tried using the sample "Before" photo you included and placed the mouth points in exactly the same positions as yours and the image was fine, and didn't show the problem you have in your "After" image.
Have you tried saving the original photo in a different format to the one you are using. For example resave in .bmp format if the original is a .jpg. Also have you encountered the problem with any other photos you have imported into Crazytalk or is it just this photo that is causing you problems?

| Humm, yea I guess it is just a problem with jpg's then (i looked at my other experiments and it does happen with them, the mouths shape is just defaulted with that odd triangle at the end), when I made it a .bmp it worked perfectly!
Thanks! |
