can not upgrade

I have Iclone 2.5 and 3DXchange 1.1 from a box version, and I would like to upgrade to Iclone 4 and 3DX2, but for some reason the links from my Premium page does not work (always comes back to the "input your serial number" on the "register product and upgrade" page. Can someone help (or just tell me I'm too stupid to play with those programs, which is quite possible;-)

I thought I could run it!

I still have Icloce 2.5 and I really like the news room I use it alot for my gaming clan and now that you have Iclone 3.1 even better now I can animate 2 characters talking great, So I started setting every thing up last night because I'm fixing to up grade to 3.1 and I set my two characters up and long and behold theirs one chair in the middle behind the desk that I can't move now I have two characters fighter over the one chair, so to get around this I had to put in a bench seat over the one chair to space the characters out and now they are happy, Since you made up the scene and probally have it saved some where is there any way I can get a copy of the scene with out the chair in it. I have lots of prop chairs to replace it thanks.
