Hope it's food for thought.
I can create the outfit as far as the top of her Bum.... after that it's kind of a crisis for iCone Studio. (And me!!)

RE: [Archive] What's next for CloneCloth?

Popeye > FANTASIC WORK

Just to get back to whats next for iclone cloth, i have an idea and this is the first, but i guess its going to be included in the next release.

Layered Cloth

You can have one mesh ontop of the human figure, but no one wears just one set of clothes, under garments, t-shirts etc are a base layer and you wear a jacket over that.

So, clone cloth with two layers on top of the human figure. They have created one layer of clone cloth, another is esy to the gurus at Reallusion.

You can set everything on each layer, layer one, the skin, layer two, undergarments, layer three, jacket, coat, etc.

Take my words, Reallusion read this and are working on it right now..

Hire me !! lol

Tim

RE: [Archive] What's next for CloneCloth?

Having said that here is one I did lately that went down well on www.coolclones.com I know it has nothing to do with clone clothe but members be interested how the scene was made. It was just simply made using diffuse and opacities of the buildings. I called it Royal square.

RE: [Archive] What's next for CloneCloth?

Thanks for the kind words Visconte. Anyway here is an another angle how the capes drapes. You will also notice that the net can be animated too!!

RE: [Archive] What's next for CloneCloth?

The chariots cute. I like that 'n' the Horsalums.

YES, ITS ANOTHER WORLD FIRST BY POPEYE!!!!! yippee!
Just love those world firsts.

Can we have another angle on the cape. I would like to see a lot of development in this area being a teacher. I think RL could really do well here in this area as more and more education establishments are buying into iClone and there is a lack of content to cover the UK curriculum. This is why I do a lot on this. Things like WW1 the somme, Western History, English with Shakespeare, The Romans etc etc.

Keep the period theme in mind RL. Armstrong is onto a winner!!

RE: [Archive] What's next for CloneCloth?

OK, well, I'll start the ball roling as I'm currently in the middle of period garments.

a) Head,
Hats, Cowboy, Ladies "Ascot" flowery hats, Wide brimnmed, 1920's styles, 1950's "Spy" styles, balaclavas, wooly bobble, caps, school caps, wartime helmets, pirate Trihorns, "knotted handkerchief" caps, "Sherlock Holmes" types,

b)Neck dress,
Scarves, neck "ruffs" for period costumes (male and female), Wedding Veils,

c) Shoulders,
Epaulets, A shoulder cape for longcoats not disimilar to Sherlock Holmes which was also apparent in the 17th century Velvet styled "Christmas card" black hemmed longcoats,

d) Hands,
Gloves, Gauntlets for Knights, Ladies elbow length dress glovelets, Shooting gloves, etc

e) Period,
Bustles, Arm/Shoulder Ruffs for elegant "royal ball" evening wear, those "wierd furry tubular things women liked to hide their hands in to keep them warm" things!!!!

f) Legs,
What they're called I have no idea but 15th century trousers used to be kind if baggy/ruffed on the thigh and tight gartered white from the knee down.

[Archive] What's next for CloneCloth?

Over on my blog I posed the question, what do we want next for CloneCloth.
