Hi,

Did you download and install the resource pack as well as the program itself?

The link should have been included in your confirmation email and it is also available from your Premium Members page. It is a large file, over 250mb and contains a lot of extra content.

There are also a number of bonus characters that can be downloaded as well. These can be found here:

[Archive] Where is the content?

I just purchased iClone. There is only a few pieces of content. It looks like there was more content (clothes & accessories) in the trial version, only I couldn't use them because it was a trial. Where is that content? Do I need to download it or should it have downloaded with iClone?
